These Terms of Sale apply to purchases from Knead Society through this website. By submitting an order, you agree to these terms and to the product, price, fulfillment, cancellation, and other details shown at checkout. If an order confirmation contains different order-specific terms, the confirmation controls for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Knead Society offers homemade baked goods produced and sold in accordance with the Colorado Cottage Foods Act and other applicable laws and regulations. Available products, sales locations, pickup or delivery options, and other services may be limited by applicable cottage food requirements.

Our products are sold directly to the informed end consumer and are not intended for resale.

Please carefully review the product label and any required cottage food disclosures provided with your order. Product descriptions and photographs are provided to help you choose; however, because our products are handmade, reasonable variations in color, size, shape, decoration, and overall appearance may differ.

Ingredient and major allergen information is provided on product labels or with products as required by applicable law. Knead Society products are prepared and packaged in a home kitchen where common food allergens may be present.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, no product is represented as allergen-free. While reasonable care is taken when preparing products, cross-contact with allergens cannot be completely ruled out.

If you have a food allergy, intolerance, or other dietary requirement, please carefully review all available product and ingredient information and contact Knead Society before placing an order. You are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for you or the intended recipient. Product information provided by Knead Society is not medical advice.

An order is not considered accepted until Knead Society confirms the order or payment is successfully completed, as indicated during checkout. All products, pickup dates, quantities, and customizations are subject to availability and Knead Society's baking capacity.

Knead Society reserves the right to decline, modify, or cancel an order due to unavailable ingredients, limited baking capacity, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, an unsafe or unlawful request, or other circumstances that prevent fulfillment. If Knead Society cancels a paid order, the amount paid for the canceled portion of the order will be refunded.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, order details, customization requests, and pickup or delivery information. Please carefully review your order before submitting it.

Prices are displayed on Knead Society's website and may change as living costs go up. The total shown at checkout includes the selected products and any applicable taxes, fulfillment fees, discounts, deposits, or other charges displayed during checkout.

Payments are processed through the payment provider available at checkout. By submitting payment, you authorize the payment provider to charge your selected payment method for the total amount displayed.

If a deposit is offered for a custom or future order, the deposit will reserve your order or pickup date only when stated during checkout or in your order confirmation. Any remaining balance must be paid according to the payment terms provided with your order.

For custom products, customers are responsible for providing all requested details, preferences, and approvals by the deadlines provided by Knead Society. Inspiration images are used to communicate a general style or direction and do not guarantee an exact copy, as all products are handmade.

Any change, cancellation, refund, or no-show policies displayed at checkout or included in an order confirmation are part of these terms. Because food products are perishable and custom-made products may be prepared specifically for an individual customer, products may not be eligible for return or refund after preparation has begun, except as required by applicable law or when Knead Society agrees otherwise.

If an order is incorrect, damaged, or appears unsafe for consumption, please do not consume the affected product. Contact Knead Society promptly using the contact information provided in your order confirmation so the issue can be reviewed.

Available pickup and delivery methods, locations, time windows, and applicable charges are displayed during checkout or provided in the order confirmation. Pickup and delivery times are estimates unless Knead Society expressly confirms a specific guaranteed time.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and usable pickup or delivery information, being available during the agreed pickup or delivery window, and ensuring that products are properly stored and handled after receipt. Customers are also responsible for following any storage, transportation, reheating, and food-safety instructions provided with their order.

Knead Society's delivery areas and fulfillment options may be limited by applicable Colorado cottage food laws and other requirements. Shipping is not offered unless expressly stated by Knead Society and permitted under applicable law.

If Knead Society offers subscription products or services, the subscription frequency, included products or benefits, recurring price, pickup or delivery method, and any minimum commitment will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process recurring charges according to the subscription terms until the subscription is canceled or otherwise ends.

You may cancel future renewals using the cancellation method provided with the subscription. Cancellation will stop future recurring charges but does not automatically refund payments that have already been processed or orders that have already been prepared, except as required by applicable law or expressly stated in the subscription terms.

Subscription availability, products, pickup or delivery options, and fulfillment areas may be subject to applicable Colorado cottage food laws and Knead Society's available baking capacity.

If you create an account with Knead Society, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Please contact Knead Society promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without your authorization.

By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to receive electronic order records, receipts, confirmations, updates, and other transactional communications related to your purchases at the contact information you provide.

Marketing emails or text messages will only be sent where you have provided any consent required by applicable law. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe or opt-out instructions provided in the message. Opting out of marketing communications will not prevent Knead Society from sending necessary transactional or service-related communications about your orders or account.

Knead Society is responsible for its products and for any remedies required under applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Knead Society is not responsible for losses, damage, or other issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer, failure to collect or receive an order, improper storage, handling, transportation, reheating, or consumption after fulfillment, unauthorized resale, or circumstances beyond Knead Society's reasonable control.
