Our Homemade Sourdough Garlic Naan is made from scratch with simple, high-quality ingredients. Featuring organic unbleached flour and a slow-fermented wild sourdough starter, which gives the naan its classic, subtle tang and a texture that is light and easy to digest. Each piece is rolled by hand and cooked on a hot cast-iron skillet to achieve traditional, smoky char spots and bubbles. While still warm, the naan is brushed with rich European butter and plenty of fresh minced garlic. It is soft, chewy, and highly addicting!
